The team of Montgó Beach Volley Club is made by a group of passionate beach volleyball coaches, eager to share with you their enthusiasm and experience.
Entrenadora
Dorota has been deeply involved in indoor volleyball since 1996 and beach volleyball since 2000, competing in Poland’s second leagues and national beach volleyball tournaments in Poland and the UK. As a certified fitness and personal trainer with over two decades of experience, Dorota is qualified in Poland, the UK, and Spain. She coaches children and adults of all levels, focusing on fun and progress while firmly believing that hard work pays off. With her extensive experience, Dorota skillfully adapts training sessions to match the level and expectations of each player.

With a background in volleyball since 2006 and specifically in beach volleyball since 2017, Greta is a passionate enthusiast of the sport who has brought her enthusiasm to the sands of Denia and Benidorm with BVC Poniente. In 2023, she obtained her Level 1 Beach Volleyball Coach certification from the Volleyball Federation of the Valencian Community. She always seeks to create a fun and safe environment where players can experiment, learn, and above all, enjoy the process. She is excited to share her passion and years of experience with other volleyball enthusiasts on the beautiful beach of Javea.

From 1993 to 2016, Ola dedicated her life to volleyball, highlighting her participation in the Polish Junior National Team and competing in the World and European Junior Championships from 1995 to 2000. She played in the top leagues of Poland and in the Austrian Bundesliga. Between 2000 and 2005, she trained as a physical education teacher in Poland. Previously, she worked as a physical education teacher at primary schools in Poland and as a coach for junior volleyball teams in Poland and Austria. Ola is committed to growing beach volleyball in Javea, promoting and improving players' skills, working together as a team to overcome obstacles and achieve common goals, and empowering young players to expand the sport.
