The team of Montgó Beach Volley Club is made by a group of passionate beach volleyball coaches, eager to share with you their enthusiasm and experience.
Coach
Dorota has been deeply involved in indoor volleyball since 1996 and beach volleyball since 2000, competing in Poland’s second leagues and national beach volleyball tournaments in Poland and the UK. As a certified fitness and personal trainer with over two decades of experience, Dorota is qualified in Poland, the UK, and Spain. She coaches children and adults of all levels, focusing on fun and progress while firmly believing that hard work pays off. With her extensive experience, Dorota skillfully adapts training sessions to match the level and expectations of each player.
Coach
Greta has been living volleyball since 2006 and made the full switch to beach volleyball in 2017. Certified as a Level 1 Beach Volleyball Coach by the Volleyball Federation of the Valencian Community, she also gained hands-on experience coaching competitive infantil teams with BVC Poniente in Benidorm. Her sessions are dynamic, fun, and player-focused, creating a safe space where athletes can challenge themselves, learn fast, and enjoy every rally. Greta brings passion, experience, and great energy to the sand—and can’t wait to share it on the beaches of Jávea.
Coach
From 1993 to 2016, Ola dedicated her life to volleyball, highlighting her participation in the Polish Junior National Team and competing in the World and European Junior Championships from 1995 to 2000. She played in the top leagues of Poland and in the Austrian Bundesliga. Between 2000 and 2005, she trained as a physical education teacher in Poland. Previously, she worked as a physical education teacher at primary schools in Poland and as a coach for junior volleyball teams in Poland and Austria. Ola is committed to growing beach volleyball in Javea, promoting and improving players' skills, and empowering young players to expand the sport.

Hey! I’m Claire. I am Australian but currently living over in Europe. I have played competitive beach volleyball for over 12 years, about 10 of those years on the National Circuit and 3-4 years internationally, mostly on the Asian tours. I love the beach, a good coffee, I am very competitive (but a good loser)… and am solar powered! ☀️ I look forward to helping you reach new heights with your volleyball journeys ✌🏼
